Smoked Turkey

We source our turkeys exclusively from Bowman & Landis in Ohio, known for their exceptional pasture-raised turkeys.  Our turkeys are processed at a USDA facility in Ohio and then delivered straight to us. The turkeys are fed a nutritious diet of non-GMO feed, which is freshly ground and mixed on-site. Our apple smoked turkeys come brined for a minimum of 7 days; then delicately smoked, resulting in a succulent and flavorful dish. Simply reheat and enjoy!
