Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Turchetti’s Salumeria, LLC. Please read the following shipping information carefully.

Print-on-Demand Merchandise

  • All branded merchandise is produced and fulfilled by Printify.

  • Shipping times, methods, and costs are determined by Printify and will be provided at checkout.

  • Once an order is placed, production begins immediately, and we cannot modify, cancel, or expedite orders.

  • For questions about shipment tracking, delivery times, or delays, please contact us at info@turchettis.com, and we will assist you in coordinating with Printify.

Holiday Items (Thanksgiving & Christmas)

  • All holiday products (turkeys, hams, rib roasts, tenderloins, etc.) are pickup only at our production facility.

  • Pickup addresses and dates will be provided in your order confirmation.

  • We do not ship holiday items under any circumstances.

General Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once the item has been shipped by Printify.

  • Any issues with merchandise shipping, including damage during transit, must be reported to us promptly at info@turchettis.com so we can assist in resolving the issue according to Printify’s policies.
