Our salami is shelf stable. Melted ice packs are normal, and as long as the salami isn't hot, it's good. Put it in the fridge. It tastes best cold.
Nobody has to be home
No signature needed. UPS leaves it at your door.

Where do you ship?
The lower 48 states only. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S. right now.
When will my order ship?
We ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders in by 10am ET on Wednesday ship that week. Orders placed after that, or Thursday through Sunday, ship the following week.
How long does delivery take?
We only ship UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air, depending on where you live. Your address decides which one. Most of the Midwest gets it in 2 days or less.
How much is shipping?
Orders $100+ ship free. Under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on where it's going. Gift cards don't count toward free shipping.
My ice packs melted. Is my salami OK?
Yes. Our salami is shelf stable, and melted ice packs are normal. As long as the salami isn't hot, it's good. Put it in the fridge when it arrives. It tastes best cold.
Do I need to be home to sign for it?
No. No signature needed. UPS leaves it at your door.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. To add a note, check "Is anything in here a gift?" in your cart and write your message.
When do I need to order for Christmas?

No. Holiday items like turkeys are pickup only. See our Thanksgiving page for pickup details.
Does merch ship with my food?
No. Merch is made to order and ships separately from your food order.
Can I pick up at your facility?
No. Our facility isn't open to the public. You can find us in stores or order here and we'll ship it to you.
